Keto Breakfast Pizza is blowing up the scene! This Meat Lover’s Style is a success amongst low carbers… ummm   Yes please! This recipe was modeled after my unique breakfast pizza recipe adding unique crust.  When making the transition to low carb I needed to convert that recipe to keto approved.  It isn’t precisely the same, but it's fully delicious and does the trick.  See for yourself!

Using the noted fathead recipe we've created an ideal keto breakfast pizza correct for meat lover's and these searching for a change!

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE DOUGH:
2 ounces cream cheese
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup almond flour
pinch salt & pepper
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
2 eggs, beaten
6 strips cooked bacon
4 sausage links, cooked and diced
2 deli ham slices, diced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400, grease a solid iron pan.
For the dough-
Mix cream cheese and mozzarella collectively in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and warmth extra 20 seconds till melted and blending smoothly.
Add overwhelmed eggs to almond flour, blend well.  Combine with the cheese combination and work till a dough is formed.
Push dough into solid iron skillet (like you might for a deep dish pizza). Poke holes to keep away from air bubbles. Bake for 10 minutes.
Making the pizza-
Pour overwhelmed eggs over the dough, ideal with all meats and cheeses.
Return to the oven to bake for an extra 10-15 minutes or till arrange and golden.
Cut into 8 identical pieces. Serving dimension is 2.
Net carbs are round 3 per serving (on the excessive side)
