ONE-PAN MEDITERRANEAN BAKED HALIBUT RECIPE WITH VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SAUCE:
· Zest of 2 lemons
· Juice of 2 lemons

· 1 lb cherry tomatoes
· 1 large yellow onion sliced into half moons
