Today I will share with you all Matthew's favorite foods, crockpot roast beef!
This is probably one of the easiest foods I can make and my crockpot does it all. I just fix a few sides to go with it and then it's time to eat! I also use a crockpot bag so that the cleaning is VERY easy. If you haven't found a crockpot bag then get the next few times you go to the store and you can thank me later!
Material:
- Roast beef 2-2.5lb
- 1 package of chocolate sauce mixture, dry
- 1 package of mixed farm sauce, dry
- 1 package of mixed Italian dry salad dressing
- 1/2 cup of water
Directions:- Place the roast in the crockpot
- Pour each packet over roasted meat
- Pour water around the roast meat
- Cook with a low 8-9 hours
I made this as soon as we got married and Matthew had asked for it many times, so I always made sure to keep all three dry mixtures in our kitchen. A mixture of ranch and Italian sauce both come in box 4, and chocolate sauce comes in a single package of 0.50 each. Can't beat that!
