On a current date evening my hubby took me to a swanky Japanese joint that had an terrific menu! Some of the mouth watering techniques covered crispy lobster dumplings and kimchi fried rice- but one menu possibility stood out from the rest- AN’s Famous Garlic Noodles. It was in BOLD and set apart from the different options. This truly got my thoughts moving- simply garlic noodles? Sounds soooo simple, too simple! How nice might it in truth be???? My interest got the higher of me and I went forward and ordered it!



The minimalistic white bowl arrived on the desk with a complicated pair of black chopsticks. I peered into the depths of the deep white bowl and sized up the golden coloured noodles. They have been organized in a preferrred swirled pattern.  Rising steam introduced the odor of soy and garlic. I began salivating and jumped proper it! They have been heavenly. Divine. Perfect. And in 5 minutes they have been gone!

So ever on account that then I’ve been dreaming of creating my very own.

Sticky Garlic Quinoa Noodles {An’s Famous Garlic Noodles Copycat, 15 minutes, Gluten-free}
Crazy Good Sticky Garlic Noodles, An's Famous Garlic Noodles Copycat. Gluten Free, Paleo and Vegan recipe techniques too!
 Cook Time 15 minutes
 Total Time 15 minutes
 Servings 2 -4 depending on how a lot you eat!

Ingredients
8 oz of gluten-free noodles brown rice, quinoa noodles, zucchini noodles, etc
3 tablespoons butter or ghee, or vegan butter spread
1/2 cup inexperienced onions plus a couple of more tablespoons for garnish, chopped
3 garlic cloves diced
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar or brown sugar
2 tablespoons of tamari or soy sauce
Optional: 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions
Boil the noodles according to directions till al dente, drain, and set apart (add some butter so they do not stick collectively after draining).
Meanwhile in a saucepan over medium-high warmth melt the butter.
Add the inexperienced onions and garlic and stir for about 1 minute till fragrant.
Add the sugar and stir vigorously till it's totally dissolved.
Add tamari (or soy sauce), and blend in thoroughly.
Toss the noodles with the sauce, plate and garnish with current inexperienced onions.
