INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon flooring cumin
1 teaspoon flooring coriander
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/4 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
FOR SERVING:
Chopped contemporary cilantro
Squeeze of contemporary lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat olive oil in a huge skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and peppers and sauté 5-7 minutes, till tender.
Add garlic and seasonings and sauté an extra 30 seconds.
