- 1 Green Onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Thai Basil, chop loose
- Optional: Roasted Sesame Oil and / or Chili Oil, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
First, shake Ginger, Garlic, Sesame Seeds, Tamari, Rice Vinegar, and Lime Juice together at the bottom of a large bowl. Add Sesame Oil and / or Chili Oil, if desired.
Stir the remaining ingredients into a bowl and fold into the sauce until everything is well coated. Taste and add any additional ingredients to taste, if desired.
Let stand for at least 10 minutes before serving - the longer the better!
NOTE
Tamari can be replaced with Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce (not GF)
Basil Thailand has a very different flavor, but you can use Italian Basil or Cilantro and it still tastes good 🙂
