CINNAMON COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg Large
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cup All-purpóse flóur
  • 2 tsp Cinnamón pówder
  • 1 tsp Baking pówder
Cinnamón Sugar Tópping
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Cinnamón pówder


INSTRUCTIÓNS
  1. In a mixing bówl, cream tógether butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until just cómbined.
  3. In a separate bówl, whisk tógether flóur, cinnamón pówder, baking pówder.
  4. Dump this dry mixture intó the wet mixture and mix until just cómbined. Use yóur hands, if necessary, tó mix everything tógether intó a cóókie dóugh cónsistency.
  5. Cóver and chill in the fridge fór abóut 1 hóur só that it's easier tó handle and dón't spread while baking.
  6. Scóóp óut small pórtións óf the dóugh and róll them intó balls.
  7. In a small bówl, mix tógether sugar and cinnamón.
  8. Róll cóókie dóugh balls in cinnamón sugar until fully cóated.
  9. Place them ón a cóókie tray, lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees fór 10-12 minutes ór until cóókies are gólden brówn and edges are firm.
  11. Let the cóókies cóól dówn and enjóy!
