1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons - 1/4 cup milk for thinning gravy
2 dashes worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Place oil in a big saute pan. Place the pork chops within the pan and cook dinner underneath low to medium warmth till browned on equally sides. Remove the pork chops from the pan to a plate.
