Cinnamon Fried Pineapple

Íngredíents

  • 1/2 small píneapple
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cínnamon
  • pínch of salt
  • vanílla íce cream for servíng

Ínstructíons
  1. Cut the píneapple ínto small bíte-sízed píeces. (Check the vídeo ínstructíons above for reference).
  2. Set a large skíllet over medíum heat and add the butter, honey, cínnamon, and salt. Stír to combíne.
  3. Add the píneapple píeces and fry for about 2-3 mínutes on each síde.
  4. Remove the píneapple from the skíllet and serve.
  5. Enjoy the píneapple as ís, or serve ít on top of vanílla íce cream.
